If you are seeking to rent space, for no fee, I will be your "Tenant Representative" and locate the most optimum location for your business. I will then assist you in Lease Negotiations.  

For Buyers:
(1) If you are a Foreign Investor, I will provide guidance to ensure a smooth transaction
(2) Provide all Buyers with an in-depth analysis of candidate properties and make recommendations to maximize future performance.
(3) provide cash rebate of a portion of my commission upon closing

(4) assist you if you also need to purchase a Home

For Sellers and Landlords:
(1) Advise you on "positioning" your property to achieve the highest price and will help you lease up the property, for a nominal fee, to increase your property's value.
(2) Assist you in performing a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange
(3) If you are a Seller and want to stay as a Tenant, I will provide an analysis of a possible Sale/Leaseback Transaction.
(4) If you are a Landlord, help locate "Credit Worthy" Tenants


Experience:

As a Florida Real Estate Broker, I have represented both Buyers and Sellers in consummating several large commercial real estate transactions in the Central and West Florida.  These transactions involved Hotels, Self-Storage properties, Medical Office buildings, Retail Plazas, and Homes.
